About Us
The Gulf Coast Gallery was founded by Teddi Raye Anderson to support local artists who may not know where to begin when it comes to sharing their work. After experiencing both the rewards and challenges of getting her own art seen, Teddi set out to create a space that elevates Gulf Coast creatives and expands their visibility.
Committed to giving back, she organized her first shows in 2024 and donated all proceeds to Animal A.I.D. of Mississippi. From the beginning, she set two simple requirements for participating artists: they must live on the Gulf Coast and be willing to give back. Today, 10% of all sales are donated to local nonprofits, ensuring the gallery supports both its artists and the communities they call home.
The Gulf Coast Gallery includes an online platform as well as several in-person events throughout the year, giving artists multiple opportunities to be seen. The combination of digital exposure and real-world connection plays a vital role in helping artists reach new audiences and grow their presence.
